Holly Day Fair Application

Holly Day Fair

Dear Exhibitor:

The Germantown Junior Women’s Club is pleased to announce that our 30th Annual Arts and Crafts “Holly Day Fair” will be held on:

Sunday, November 23, 2008

(As always, the Sunday before Thanksgiving)

10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Kennedy Middle School

Germantown

We are now accepting exhibitor applications by mail, and we would like to invite you to display and sell in our annual holiday fair.

Please join us! Reserve your booth(s) today!

Application Requirements:                                                            Mail Application Requirements to:

1. Completed & signed “Exhibitor Application”                          Germantown Jr. Women’s Club

2. Completed “Vendor/Seller Form”                                             Holly Day Fair

3. Booth rental fee (check payable to GJWC)                             PO Box 62

4. Self-addressed STAMPED return envelope                          Germantown, WI 53022

Your canceled check is your receipt and the booth rental fee is non-refundable. Notification of acceptance and booth confirmation will be made by September 30, 2008. If your application is received after all the booths have been filled, your check will be returned and your name will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations.

Set-up for exhibitors begins at 8:00 a.m. All participants must provide their own tables and chairs, and tables must be covered to the floor. Please note that only a few of the booths have electricity. You WILL be notified if your booth has an electrical outlet. Please also note that you MUST stay until the end of the fair so that take-down does not interfere with fair-goers/visiting other booths.

The Junior Women’s Club will again be sponsoring a silent auction of crafts donated by exhibitors, and your donation to this silent auction will be greatly appreciated. Bakery, lunch, refreshments, and raffle tickets will also be sold by the Junior Women’s Club as a part of this popular, annual fund-raising event for our philanthropic community organization. There is a $2.00 admission fee to the public (or $1.00 plus a non-perishable food donation).

If you have any questions, please email germantown_jrwomensclub@yahoo.com or call Joyce Nelson  (262-251-2298).
